OMNI Financials Maintenance 06/30-07/03

MAINTENANCE: OMNI Financials will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 12PM ET Wednesday, June 30 to 7AM ET Saturday, July 03. During this time, ITS Business Application Services will be performing fiscal year-end processing.

Hyperion Maintenance 06/22

MAINTENANCE: Hyperion will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 6-10PM ET Tuesday, June 22. During this time, ITS will be applying operating system updates.

Recent Status History

RESOLVED: All issues involving ITS Websites have now been resolved. Thank you for your patience while our vendor worked to resolve the issues. ITS continues to monitor the websites to ensure there are no more issues. [6/18/2021 2PM ET] 


PROBLEM: ITS websites are down and intermittently available. ITS is aware of this issue and our vendor is working on getting it fixed.

RESOLVED: All wired/wireless networks for Housing in the Askew Building, Jennie Murphree Hall, and Cawthon Hall have now been resolved. Thank you for your patience. [6/18/2021 11:44 AM] 


PROBLEM: We have received reports of multiple wired/wireless networks down for Housing in the Askew Building, Jennie Murphree Hall, and Cawthon Hall. ITS is investigating the issues and have service restored as soon as possible.

PROBLEM: We have received reports of 2FA (DUO) not working properly. Users are reporting issues in Chrome, FireFox and Edge browsers. ITS is investigating the issue.

RESOLVED: Salesforce has resolved all issues, and all services are fully operational on June 9 as of 7:30PM. Salesforce and ITS will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed. Thank you for your patience. [6/9/2021 7PM ET] 


PROBLEM: Salesforce is currently unavailable. ITS is investigating to resolve this issue and have Salesforce restored as soon as possible.

MAINTENANCE: myFSUVlab will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 5PM ET to around 8PM ET Tuesday, June 8. During this time, ITS will applying 2FA (Duo) to myFSUVlab. After the maintenance window closes all users will need to authenticate with 2FA using the Duo Mobile app and either use the Send Me a Push or Enter a Passcode option.

MAINTENANCE: OMNI HR, including Careers Job Search and FSU-Onboarding, will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 9AM ET Saturday, June 5 to around 1PM ET Saturday, June 5. During this time, ITS will be applying PeopleTools security updates.

MAINTENANCE: The FSU Fax Service (Rightfax) may be briefly unavailable while FSU performs planned maintenance at 12PM ET Tuesday, June 1. During this time, FSU will restart Rightfax Services, which may cause a momentary disruption. Thanks for your patience.

PROBLEM: FSU ITS has received reports of service disruption with 2FA (DUO) SMS delivery and the vendor is investigating. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

RESOLVED: All Microsoft Exchange issues have been resolved. Thanks for your patience while Microsoft worked to resolve the issue. [5/26/2021 10AM ET]


PROBLEM: Microsoft Exchange is currently experiencing issues where auto-forwarding is being blocked. Users may receive a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) for external email when forwarded via auto-forwarding feature. Microsoft is actively working to resolve this issue and have service restored as soon as possible..
