MAINTENANCE: Hyperion will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 6PM-10PM ET Tuesday, August 4. During this time, operating system updates will be applied.

PROBLEM: Zoom is currently experiencing an issue with some participants being split into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID. The vendor is actively working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.

MAINTENANCE: Multiple services will be available with no expected downtime while ITS performs planned maintenance from 8AM-12PM ET Saturday, August 01. During this time, ITS will be performing planned security updates on the F5 production load balancers.

MAINTENANCE: FSU campus Wi-Fi networks will be available while ITS performs planned maintenance from 7AM ET-12PM ET Monday, August 03.  During this time, ITS will be renewing the wireless certificates for the FSUSecure and eduroam networks. Users may be prompted by their device to accept the new certificate and re-enter their FSUID and password the next time they connect to FSUSecure or eduroam.

PROBLEM: FSU Spearmart is currently unavailable. Our vendor is aware of the issue and actively working to resolve this issue and have it restored as soon as possible.

RESOLVED: Issues with  myFSU BI services have been resolved. Please keep in mind that you may need to clear your browser cache for the export issue from yesterday. Thank you for your patience while ITS worked to resolve this issue.  [07/22/2020 12:30PM ET]


PROBLEM: myFSU BI services have been restored and the export functionality is now available in all browsers except Chrome but users will have to clear their browser cache for the fix to take effect. Project data is reportedly also missing from the available balance reports and are being reloaded. ITS is actively working to resolve this issue and have data fully restored as soon as possible.

RESOLVED: Microsoft Outlook clients connecting to Exchange Online services have been resolved. Thank you for your patience while Microsoft worked to resolve this issue. [07/15/2020 6:35PM ET]


PROBLEM: Microsoft Outlook clients connecting to Exchange Online are having connectivity issues. Users may be unable to access Exchange Online via Microsoft Outlook and might receive the message "Outlook couldn't start last time. Safe mode could help you troubleshoot the problem, but some features might not be available in this mode. Do you want to start in Safe Mode?". 

However, access to Exchange Online by using Outlook on the Web or mobile clients remains unaffected by this issue. ITS is actively working to resolve this issue and will have access through Microsoft Outlook restored as soon as possible.
