PROBLEM: The FSU Dropbox file transfer service (dropbox.fsu.edu) is currently unavailable. ITS is actively working to resolve this issue and will have the FSU Dropbox restored as soon as possible.

MAINTENANCE: FluidReview will be unavailable while the vendor, SurveyMonkey, performs planned maintenance from 12:30AM-1:30AM ET Sunday, September 15. During this time, the vendor will address performance issues with the FluidReview online application development and management system.

MAINTENANCE: Multiple Services including myFSU Student Central and OMNI Financials will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 7:30AM-3PM ET Saturday, September 14.

Services Impacted:

  • Web payments
  • FSUID account creation (password resets will remain available)
  • Applications dependent on Student Central: Career Portfolio, OBIEE, Orientation, ServScript
  • Services that interact with Student Central: including Housing, Orientation and Health Services
  • Services that interact with OMNI Financials: including SpearMart and Concur

MAINTENANCE:  All ITS-hosted Windows systems, excluding ERP, SharePoint, SQL and AD systems will be intermittently available while ITS performs planned maintenance from 4-7AM ET, Thursday, September 12. During this time, ITS will install security and critical updates released by Microsoft. The installation of these updates may require a restart of the systems. These updates are performed on the Thursdays following the release of Microsoft updates (the second Tuesday of every month).

RESOLVED: ITS has resolved this issue, and all network and VoIP telephone services have been fully restored to the FSU PrimaryHealth™ medical clinic. Thank you for your patience.


PROBLEM: Network and VoIP telephone services at the FSU PrimaryHealth™ medical clinic are currently unavailable. ITS is actively working to resolve this issue and have all network and VoIP telephone services at the medical clinic restored as soon as possible.

PROBLEM: Drupal websites are currently unavailable. Users may see a "Temporarily Unavailable" error message when trying to access Drupal webpages. This includes alerts.fsu.edu. ITS is actively working to resolve this issue and will have Drupal websites restored as soon as possible.

PROBLEM: The FSU Dropbox file transfer service (dropbox.fsu.edu) is currently unavailable. ITS is investigating this issue and will have the FSU Dropbox restored as soon as possible.

RESOLVED: ITS has resolved this issue, and the FSUSecure wireless network is fully operational. ITS will continue to monitor FSUSecure performance closely and will work with the vendor to ensure service availability. Thank you for your patience. [Time stamp 08/27/2019 3:55PM ET]


PROBLEM: The FSUSecure wireless network is currently intermittently available. ITS is investigating this issue and will have full access to the FSUSecure restored as soon as possible.

RESOLVED: ITS and Facilities have resolved this issue, and all network services at the Diffenbaugh building are fully operational. FSU Facilities has completed the scheduled electrical work in Diffenbaugh and ITS has confirmed that all network services are online after power was restored. Thank you for your patience. PROBLEM: Network services at the Diffenbaugh building are currently unavailable due to an issue with previously scheduled electrical work being done at that location. ITS and Facilities are actively working to resolve this issue and have network services in the Diffenbaugh building restored as soon as possible.
