MAINTENANCE: SpearMart will be unavailable to access from Friday, April 9th, 9:00pm to Monday, April 12th, 6:00am EDT while JAGGAER performs planned maintenance. Please plan your SpearMart activities accordingly.

RESOLVED: The vendor has resolved the encrypted email issues and services are now available. Thanks for your patience while our vendor worked to resolve the issues. [04/02/2021 11:58PM ET]


PROBLEM: Employees sending encrypted emails to @my.fsu.edu email addresses are experiencing issues. Until further updates, please do not send encrypted emails from employee email address to @my.fsu.edu email addresses. The @my.fsu.edu recipients are unable to open the encrypted email. The vendor is investigating this issue to have all services restored as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Multiple Microsoft 365 services and features at are currently intermittently unavailable. Users are reporting issues with Microsoft Teams. The vendor is investigating this issue to have all services restored as soon as possible. [4/1/2021 7:05PM ET]

Problem: ITS has received reports of service disruption with Microsoft Teams and ITS is investigating. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

MAINTENANCE: The FSU VoIP IVR will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 7:00PM to 10:00PM ET Friday April 2. During this time, callers to (850)644-2525 will receive a busy signal.

MAINTENANCE: OMNI Financials will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 12PM ET Friday, April 2 to 7AM ET Monday, April 5. During this time, SpearMart and Concur will be unavailable. MAINTENANCE: DocuSign will be intermittently available while DocuSign performs planned maintenance from around 12AM ET Monday, March 29 to around 12AM ET Tuesday, March 30. During this time, DocuSign will be performing SSO certificate updates.

MAINTENANCE:  Access to FSU ZOOM and HIPAA ZOOM will be momentarily unavailable between 7:00-7:30PM ET, Thursday, March 25.  During this time, ITS will perform maintenance to FSU ZOOM and HIPAA ZOOM sign-in. These maintenance activities may briefly limit signing in to zoom and are not expected to exceed a few minutes. However, Zoom meetings and sessions will not be affected.

RESOLVED: Users were reportedly receiving a timeout error message. The vendor has resolved the issue and Canvas is now available. Sign in times may experience delays due to an influx of traffic. Please continue to follow the Canvas Status Page for more info [03/25/2021 9:30 AM]


PROBLEM: Canvas is currently experiencing issues. Users are reporting 504 gateway time-out errors. Our vendor is currently implementing a fix. Please follow the Canvas Status Page for more info.

MAINTENANCE: Portions of the ITS Software will be intermittently available while Kivuto performs planned maintenance from 8AM-12PM ET Sunday, March 28. During this time, Kivuto will be performing extended testing of their disaster recovery process.

UPDATE: FSU Drupal websites are still currently experiencing issues causing intermittent connectivity.
