RESOLVED: ITS has resolved this issue and the myFSU Portal is now fully operational. Thank you for your patience. [2/20/2020 5:00PM ET]


PROBLEM: Users have reported receiving gateway error messages when trying to access information within the myFSU Portal. ITS is investigating this issue and have it restored as soon as possible.

PROBLEM: FSU Qualtrics reporting record details are currently unavailable. While users are still able to access reporting results for surveys and projects, they encounter an error message when they attempt to view record details. ITS is monitoring the situation while the vendor (Qualtrics) is working to resolve this issue and have access to reporting records restored as soon as possible.

MAINTENANCE: Multiple services and functions within PeopleSoft will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 8AM-12PM ET Saturday, February 15. During this time, operating system updates will be applied.

MAINTENANCE: Multiple services will be unavailable while ITS performs planned maintenance from 5-7AM ET Thursday, February 13. During this time, ITS will be applying updates to the equipment that supports these services.

MAINTENANCE: Multiple services will remain available with no expected interruption in service while ITS performs planned maintenance from 1PM-6PM ET Sunday, February 9. During this time, ITS will be applying updates that support these services.

MAINTENANCE: ITS Core Windows systems, including SQL and Active Directory, will be intermittently available while ITS performs planned maintenance from 8AM-12PM ET Saturday, February 15. During this time, ITS will be installing security and critical updates released by Microsoft. The installation of these updates may require a restart of the systems. MAINTENANCE:  All ITS-hosted Windows systems, excluding ERP, SQL and AD systems will be intermittently available while ITS performs planned maintenance from 4-7AM ET, Thursday, February 13.  During this time, ITS will install security and critical updates released by Microsoft. The installation of these updates may require a restart of the systems. These updates are performed on the Thursdays following the release of Microsoft updates (the second Tuesday of every month).

PROBLEM: Microsoft Teams is currently experiencing intermittent connectivity. Some users may be unable to sign in or load the application. ITS is actively working to resolve this issue and will have Microsoft Teams restored as soon as possible.

RESOLVED: The SharePoint Online issue has been resolved.  Thank you for your patience while ITS worked with the vendor to get the issue fixed. [01/30/2020 11:34AM]


UPDATE: SharePoint is still currently intermittently unavailable. Users may be unable to render SharePoint Online pages, be seeing blank pages and appears to be affecting users across all browsers. We have identified the potential issue and are actively working with the vendor to have the service restored as soon as possible. [01/30/2020 11:15AM]

PROBLEMVirtual Private Network (VPN) is intermittently unavailable. ITS is investigating this issue and will have VPN restored as soon as possible.
